Why I am a Physical/Occupational Therapist: I enjoy working with people to help improve their quality of life. I also believe in and have witnessed the many ways physical therapy techniques help patients to heal. I enjoy getting to know each patient and tailoring a program that fits their individual needs.
Continuing Education Commitment: I am committed to taking a wide range of con-education classes as a means of offering a well-rounded treatment approach. I enjoy utilizing Pilates and Yoga principles in my exercise routines, and use a variety of manual therapy techniques.
Personal Interests: Young Life, spending time with my family and friends, traveling, reading, and doing anything active in the great PNW! My interests include triathlon and half marathon competition, Yoga, Pilates, snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking.
Educational Background: I graduated from Trinity Western University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics, and from Olympic College in 2010 with a physical therapist assistant degree.
